ETH Drops As Whale Moves 73K ETH to Binance (2 minute read)Ethereum traded weak early Monday amid reports of large cryptocurrency transfers to Binance. The native token of Ethereum's blockchain fell nearly 4% to $1,170, CoinDesk data shows. This comes after a whale address moved 73,224 ETH, worth $85.67 million, to Binance during the Asian hours, according to an analysis by on-chain researcher Lookonchain.

Dogecoin and Binance's BNB tack on double-digit gains (3 minute read)Cryptocurrencies fared somewhat better over the week, according to data from TradingView. Ripple's XRP was up 5.4%, while Tron's TRX rose 3.4% and SHIB tacked on almost 5%. Dogecoin and Binance's BNB were the big winners, soaring 15% and 23% respectively.

Infura Collecting MetaMask Users' IP, Ethereum Addresses After Privacy Policy Update (5 minute read)ConsenSys has informed users that it is set to collect additional data from those using its popular Infrura tool, attracting criticism on social media in the process. Infura is an API-based tool that allows users to connect their application to the Ethereum network, which provides the basis for many key Web3 projects, such as Aragon, Gnosis, OpenZeppelin, and ConsenSys’s own flagship wallet service MetaMask.

Pre-production Solana phone to ship to developers in December (5 minute read)Pre-production versions of the Solana phone will be shipped to developers from Dec. 15, as the phone gears up for introduction in early 2023. Around 3,500 developer-focused kits have been manufactured and are boxed up, according to an update at Breakpoint, Lisbon. The phones will let developers in the Solana ecosystem test decentralized applications for the Solana dApp store. They will also let developers try out the Solana Mobile Stack and the Seed Vault, the way the phone stores private keys.

NFTs Are Dead? Even in Bear Market, a Bored Ape Sells for Nearly $1 Million (5 minute read)Bored Ape Yacht Club NFT #232 sold this morning for 800 ETH on the secondary market, or about $927,000. The tokenized profile picture (PFP) was sold by Deepak Thapliydal, CdEO of Web3 cloud software startup Chain, and purchased by notable pseudonymous collector Keung.

ApeCoin DAO Launches Community-Driven NFT Marketplace (5 minute read)ApeCoin DAO, a community-led governing body made up of ApeCoin holders, has launched its own white-label non-fungible token (NFT) marketplace. ApeCoin, the Ethereum-based governance and utility token used within the Bored Ape Yacht Club (BAYC)-linked APE ecosystem, launched in March. Built by non-fungible token (NFT) infrastructure company Snag Solutions, the new community marketplace lists for-sale NFTs from Yuga Labs-owned NFT collections like BAYC, Mutant Ape Yacht Club (MAYC), Bored Ape Kennel Club (BAKC) and Otherdeed for Otherside.
